The PALTZ.i50 is designed for high-speed and heavy-duty applications, with:

• Up to 50 kg (110 lbs) of payload to handle boxes, bags, pails, bottles and complex multipick patterns

• Speeds starting at 14 cycles per minute, with the ability to increase throughput significantly using Variable Multipick

• Zone muting with a complete light curtain system for uninterrupted operation during pallet swapping

• A built-in high-performance blower vacuum that provides strong and reliable gripping

This new solution reaches performance levels comparable to central palletizers while maintaining one of the most compact footprints in its category.

Designed for simplicity from installation to operation

True to beRobox’s plug-and-play philosophy, the PALTZ.i50 requires no advanced programming and installs in less than an hour. It rolls on casters, requires no anchoring, and integrates seamlessly into your operation. Once the unit is in place, operators can configure and launch production directly through STACKiT, beRobox’s proprietary software.
