PALTZ.GO was designed around one idea: adopting robotic palletizing shouldn't be complicated.

The complete unit can be moved into position using a forklift, while its universal infeed conveyor features adjustable height and flexible positioning to accommodate straight, 90° left or 90° right infeed configurations. Once in place, a standard 120 V connection is all that's needed to power the system.

Powered by STACKiT, beRobox's proprietary palletizing software, PALTZ.GO makes everyday operation simple and intuitive. Operators can create pallet patterns, manage products and adjust production settings through a user-friendly interface, without complex robot programming.

Equipped with a Universal Robots UR20, PALTZ.GO combines the simplicity of PALTZ with the capabilities required for everyday palletizing applications:

• Up to 25 kg (55 lbs) payload: Built to handle a wide range of cases and products.

• Up to 7 cycles per minute: Consistent palletizing performance for reliable everyday production.

• Up to 80” stack height: Designed to make efficient use of available pallet space.

At $79,000 USD, PALTZ.GO includes everything needed to get palletizing. No additional options are required to make the system operational.

For applications requiring higher throughput, two optional modules are available: Variable Multipick enables PALTZ.GO to handle up to 14 boxes per minute; Manual Slipsheet Management accommodates to include slipsheets to your palletizing process.
