About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy sales professional with a true hunter mindset, driven by winning new business and building lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in capital equipment sales and is passionate about helping manufacturers adopt robotics and automation technologies. With experience in the packaging industry—particularly palletizing—you are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles, closing deals with mid- to large-sized end users, and spending 50% of your time on the road to meet customers and distributors face-to-face.
We are open to candidates across several U.S. Midwest locations. Preferred hubs include Chicago (IL), Detroit (MI), Minneapolis (MN), Milwaukee (WI), Cleveland (OH), Indianapolis (IN), and St. Louis (MO). Candidates from other major Midwest cities will also be considered.

Requirements
Requested Skills
Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging industry sales.
Relevant background in the packaging industry, particularly in palletizing applications.
Strong hunter profile with a proven ability to close complex sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with 50% travel.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire consultative sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
Prospect, pitch, and close deals in the manufacturing sector, with particular emphasis on packaging and palletizing solutions.
Develop new clients and capital equipment sales opportunities, focusing on mid- to large-sized end users.
Collaborate with the marketing team to qualify and manage leads, effectively differentiating corporate accounts from distributor leads.
Represent Berobox at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
Work closely with management and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project feasibility.
Travel 50% of the time to visit customer sites and distributors within the focus regions.
