About the Role

beRobox is looking for an energetic, articulate, and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing team. As the first human point of contact for potential clients, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth.

Your mission will be to respond to inbound marketing leads, conduct high-level discovery calls to qualify their needs, and connect initial interest with setting up meetings for our sales representatives.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
  • Language: Native or professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

  • Communication: Excellent phone presence and ability to quickly build rapport with both technical and business contacts.

  • Location: Must be based in Canada and comfortable working in a 100 % remote environment.

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in client-facing roles (sales, customer success, or retail) is an asset but motivated beginners are welcome.

  • Technical skills: Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and video conferencing tools.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification: Respond promptly to inbound marketing leads to assess fit with beRobox solutions.

  • Prospecting & Discovery: Conduct pre-qualification calls to understand prospects’ challenges, budgets, and decision timelines.

  • Appointment Coordination: Successfully schedule qualified discovery meetings and demonstration appointments for the sales team.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM to ensure a smooth hand-off to the sales team.

  • Lead Management Feedback: Work with the sales and marketing technology architect to provide feedback on lead quality and help improve the prospect generation process.
