Travel to customer sites across the United States for installations, maintenance, and service calls.
What we're looking for
Technical diploma or associate degree in electromechanics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance, automation, robotics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in field service, technical support, or industrial maintenance.
Experience working with industrial robots (FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, or similar).
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, mechanics, and pneumatics, with the ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
Familiarity with industrial safety practices, including lockout/tagout and machine safety.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Authorization to work in the United States and ability to travel within the U.S. and to Canada, including a valid passport.
Experience with palletizing, conveyor systems, material handling, or automated equipment commissioning is an asset.
What makes you the right fit
You're hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in the field. You enjoy solving technical challenges, working directly with customers, and finding practical solutions when things don't go as planned. Organized and reliable, you stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and always put safety first. You're passionate about robotics, eager to keep learning, and enjoy the variety that comes with life on the road.
