About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee relationships with our key and strategic clients. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with our most important accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high adaptability, outstanding customer orientation, and a proactive approach to anticipate client needs and address them effectively.

  • Bilingual (English–French)

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with high-level clients

  • Strong knowledge of the company’s products or services

  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

  • Experience in automation and material handling (an asset)

  • Project management and organizational skills

  • Willingness and ability to travel to the USA


Key Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

  • Understand client needs and expectations to propose tailored solutions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients.

Business Development

  • Visit client sites to identify growth opportunities (site assessments).

  • Collaborate with the sales team to propose additional offers or complementary services that increase account value.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track the performance of products and services delivered to key clients.

  • Handle complaints and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction through regular follow-ups.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure client expectations are met.

  • Communicate client priorities to all internal stakeholders.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports for management on account development.

  • Identify risks and opportunities within strategic accounts.

Market Trends & Competitive Intelligence

  • Stay informed about market developments and competitors to propose innovative solutions.

  • Share relevant insights with clients to support their strategic decision-making.
